Are you fed up with all the things the government will no longer allow you to do? Or plan to stop you doing? You soon won’t be able to buy a new petrol or diesel car. Or install a new gas boiler.

And they are making your life more expensive – deliberately - with so-called congestion and clean air (ULEZ) charges if you drive; with rising rents because of new rules for landlords; by using your taxpayer money to massively subsidise renewables whilst stopping with their taxes (and even planned bans if Labour comes to power) the production of our own North Sea oil and gas. They want you to install useless heat pumps which don’t work and to buy expensive electric vehicles probably made in China.

Never have our political class deliberately set out to deliberately and consciously make you poorer, to reduce your standard of living so (or at least not since the ‘Corn Laws’ were finally repealed in 1846!)

Unbelievably, this is the policy of the Conservative Government, the Labour Party, the Nationalist parties in Scotland and Wales, the Liberal Democrats and of course the Greens. They expect you to vote for them so you can be poorer, have fewer choices, be subject to more rules, prohibitions and bureaucracy. They claim that all this is necessary for your own good – to fight the climate emergency, a climate emergency which doesn’t exist outside their heads. (Yes, there is climate change, but markets adapt to new situations and that is what could be happening now if we had a rational government which had not talked itself into a panic and even driven children to suicide.)

Now there is a party you have never heard of giving you a choice, a real choice.

The UK Libertarian Party will repeal the Climate Change Act, abolish the net zero target laws, end the misuse of taxpayers’ money wasted on subsidising renewables, allow the development of North Sea oil and gas, remove planned prohibitions on gas boilers, petrol and diesel cars and deliver housing by not imposing absurd, damaging rules on landlords (most of whom are small scale not corporate profiteers).

So, if you want choice, freedom to buy want you want, not have your money wasted and be made deliberately poorer by your own government, then you need to support the UK Libertarian party.
